"Use Natural Remedies to Power Up Mental Capacity and Live a Better Life"

"Do you want a powerful brain function now and in the future or do you want to be a victim of dementia disease or alzheimers and dementia "

It's Your Choice

If you end up in a nursing home, your chances of having dementia disease are 75%. Most people, up to 2 million people end up with senility, dementia, alzheimer's or loss of mental capacity because of poor eating habits.

These eating habits produce arteriosclerosis, narrowing of the arteries, which results in CVI or Cerebral Vascular Insufficiency.

When you have CVI, your brain,

  • does not receive enough oxygen to maintain health brain function
  • does not receive enough blood
  • does not receive enough vitamins, minerals, or nutrients.

And, your brain also has,

  • short term memory loss
  • ringing in the ears
  • dizziness
  • headaches
  • depression
  • poor mental performance
  • fatigue
  • mental disorders

If you have not yet developed any decrease in mental capacity and even if you have, the best preventative measure for this condition is a good healthy diet. You will find information on what a good diet is on other pages.

Nutrients that are provided by a decent diet are what the brain needs. The sooner you start this diet, the better health your body will have. Of course if your digestion is impaired, then you will not get all the nutrients from the food that you eat.

In addition to a decent diet, you need to provide your brain with those nutrients that it uses up quickly and in large quantities. Here are some of the nutrients you need to supplement your diet with to slow down or eliminate dementia disease or alzheimers demential.

  • Iron - lack of iron makes it difficult to keep a conversation or to pay attention to a conversation. Heartburn will interferer with the absorption of iron if you use drugs or antacids to reduce stomach acid.
  • Zinc - your pancreas excretes picolinic acid which helps to absorb zinc. With a weak pancreas, you will not excrete much picolinic acid and you will not absorb much zinc. Zinc deficiency moves you towards dementia and alzheimers. Use the Supplement Zinc Picolinic Acid or Zinc Picolinate.
  • B-vitamins - hold off dementia and alzheimers. In particular, folic acid and B12 produce neurotransmitters and replace nerve cells. Use the B50 or B100 in capsule or liquid.
  • vita-cell - An herbal combination that opens up capillaries for increase blood flow to the brain and body.
  • Lecithin - Helps you absorb fats better and provides phosphatidylcholine choline to the brain to produce neurotransmitters.
  • fatty acids - your brain is cushioned in fatty acids and all cell structures contain fatty acids. They also help to reduce inflammation and arteriosclerosis is an inflammatory condition.
  • MSM - Keeps cells flexible to nutrients can enter and come out. It is also an anti-inflammatory.
  • Ginko Biloba - has a history of improving blood circulation and delivering more oxygen to the brain. Use 40 mg of Ginko Biloba Flavonglycosides extract 24%.
  • DMAE - Helps to produce neurotransmitters. It reduces anxiety, improves concentration, promotes learning, improves memory, and is a brain stimulant. Use 200 - 800 mg of DMAE for good results.
  • DHEA - As you age you lose DHEA. Low levels are associated with senility. DHEA can improve your memory and sharpen your thinking. Use 25 to 75 mg.
  • Phosphatidyl Serine - Provides the building material, phospholipids, for the brain cell synapes or neutrotransmitter landing sites. Healthy landing sites allows neutrotransmitters to move from one brain cell to the other moving memories to where they are called for. Use a phosphatidyl supplement that contains other brain enhancement nutrients.

Use these nutrients to hold off alzheimers and dementia. Lack of a good diet and nutrients is a sure formula for losing mental capacity and ending up like most people in old age with dementia disease or with alzheimers and dementia.
